Introduction to Adobe Flash Catalyst
Learn about Adobe Flash Catalyst, a brand new product created with designers in mind and available as part of Creative Suite 5 and is already being incorporated in school curriculum at University of Missouri School of Journalism.
Terry Ryan, Adobe Education Evangelist will:
• Explain what kinds of projects Flash Catalyst is best for and why it’s critical for designers to be able to deliver their ideas in a variety of media like print, web, interactive and mobile.
• Share a case study that details how Joy Mayer from the University of Missouri School of Journalism has incorporated Flash Catalyst into her curriculum to help her students develop practical skills for presenting their work in today’s media landscape.
Show you how easy it is to transform artwork created in Photoshop or Illustrator into interactive content without writing code. Design simple projects and export to SWF or AIR format. Or design more complex projects such as a user interface for a web application that you can collaborate on with a developer.
